Pro surfer and food explorer Brianna Cope is a professional surfer from the island of Kauai in Hawaii. Surfing since age 4, she is chasing her competitive surf dreams. This requires hours of training every day both in the water and on dry land. Food has always been a passion of Brianna’s – the need to fuel herself with the right stuff. But a home-cooked meal is more than that for her. Cooking with fire is a chance to try to new things, learn, get creative, and take time out of her day, away from her phone and the noise.
