Edu Lavandeira is a Spanish filmmaker and creative director with many documentaries, TV shows, music videos and short films. His passion for gastronomy, especially breads and doughs, led him to create and produce the first documentary series dedicated exclusively to this ancient food: “Maestros del pan” (Canal Cocina-AMC Networks) about traditional breads and bakers of Spain. Passionate traveler, he is also the author of a book about exotic breads of the world called Planeta PAN (Bread Planet). He shares techniques about pizza and bread recipes through his acclaimed videos on Instagram and TikTok as @opelouro.
