Jeremy Charles’s influence goes beyond food. For over a decade he has been an ambassador for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador celebrating local indigenous ingredients, with a focus on seafood and wild game. Jeremy has been able to translate his deep passion for the Newfoundland culture through his cookbook “Wildness” (in collaboration with Phaidon Press), in addition to his co- owned restaurants located in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
