John Chantarasak is the Chef Owner of AngloThai - which he co-operates with his wife and business partner Desiree Chantarasak, who is the restaurant sommelier. The food at AngloThai is inspired by the varied dishes and vibrant flavours of Thailand, but utilises and celebrates seasonal British Isles produce throughout. AngloThai is John and Desiree’s debut restaurant located at 180 Strand in Central London.
