The Dome XL (Gen 2) Door is a key accessory for any chef looking to up their game and versatility. The ovens thick stone and dense insulation combined with the door creates the perfect cooking environment for smoking, slow-roasting, and baking.
Do not install the door while the gas burner is lit. Always make sure the gas flame is extinguished and the gas dial is in the off position before installing the door. When cooking with wood or charcoal only utilize the door with embers, not a live flame.
